Directions for use :

The bulletins have been splitted into territorial, topic, postal-history and others. The others means bulletins published by various philatelic clubs, by some of the commissions of Union of Czech (Czechoslovak) Philatelists or bulletins, which is unable to incorporate into the first three sections.

Alle bulletins have been listed as per the last valid name in alphabetical order

Information about every of them includes :

The bulletin was exhibited in Polish National Philatelic Exhibition in Rybnik (1997, won a large silver medail) and in the International Philatelic Exhibition in Swietochlowice (2000, won a vermeil medail) .

In the communist time the section´s establishment was not approved , when its name contains USA word, so it was officially created under name "Zámoří" (Oversea) and it officially consisted of collectors of African, Asian and American countries non-covered by another philatelic sections (e.g. Commonwealth Section, see bellow) , however majority of its members collected US stamps . First after the Velver Revolution in 1989 it was allowed to use the USA words in its name and to declare, that the section deales with US stamps .
